1 Cognito Farm Old Fashioned Cure Smoked Ham Half (5-7 lbs)
Place thawed ham in large oven proof pot or dutch oven with enough water to cover. Place on stovetop and bring water to a boil. Lower heat to a low simmer for 1 hour. Remove from water, drain and place back in dry pot or dutch oven. Cover with lid or foil and place in 350 degree oven for 90 to 120 minutes, or until ham is fork tender. Remove ham to carving platter, cover with foil tent for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
